Cyber insurance firm Coalition has announced the addition of Brian Specht as its new head of affinity. He will be based both in New York City and Austin.
Specht brings more than three decades of industry experience gained from stints at Aon, Ryan Specialty Group, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, AIG, and Chubb. He was most recently chief underwriting officer and chief broking officer of Aon Affinity US. In his dual role, Specht oversaw the execution of broking and underwriting capabilities across Aon Affinity’s portfolio and directed the development of new solutions and programs.
“As Coalition continues to expand our partnership ecosystem and scale our unrivaled intelligence platform, Brian will serve as an integral part of our leadership team,” said Joshua Motta, chief executive officer of Coalition. “His proven excellence in leading affinity partnerships will allow us to deliver cybersecurity protection and coverage to an even broader spectrum of businesses and industries.”
