CSAA Insurance Group has appointed Linsay Hohmann as its new vice-president of service.
In her new role, Hohmann will lead the company’s service organization. She will also oversee multiple customer service centers, billing and payment functions and business-center operations.
Hohmann has 17 years of insurance experience handling claims, underwriting, and service. She joined CSAA Insurance Group in 2010 as an underwriting manager for the Eastern region. She was later promoted to underwriting executive in 2012, and then joined the customer experience management team in 2014. She then joined the company’s service organization as an agent service executive in 2015.
“Linsay’s deep underwriting and service experience make her well suited to lead our service organization,” said CSAA Insurance Group executive vice-president of insurance operations Bob Valliere. “She is a strong leader with a customer-focused approach to solving business problems.”
Before joining CSAA, Hohmann was an underwriting manager at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance at the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh. Hohmann also previously served as a cabinet member and board member for Brown County United Way in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
“I am pleased to lead a team of more than 900 dedicated employees who continually work to deliver exceptional service to AAA members,” Hohmann commented. “As we focus on meeting and exceeding the evolving needs of our customers, we will continue to look for innovative ways to improve our processes and develop our employees — all toward the goal of consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.”
