Bronek Masojada, who left Hiscox at the end of 2021 after serving as chief executive for over two decades, has joined the board of directors at global specialty insurer and reinsurer SiriusPoint.
“We are delighted to welcome Bronek to the SiriusPoint board,” said SiriusPoint interim chair Sharon Ludlow. “His extensive industry and executive leadership experience complements our existing board and will be a great asset to SiriusPoint.
“With his background of company development and growth, he is exceptionally well placed to support SiriusPoint’s management team in the delivery of their strategic goals and continued focus on performance and value creation.”
The current chair of Placing Platform Limited, Masojada brings nearly 30 years of public company executive leadership experience to the SiriusPoint board.
“I am honored to be joining the board of SiriusPoint,” commented Masojada, whose credentials also include time spent as deputy chairman of Lloyd’s.
