Gallagher has promoted Jen Tadin to the position of president of small business for the company’s US retail P&C brokerage division.
Tadin will oversee the continued growth of Gallagher’s small business operation, which helps small businesses identify and address their risk management needs through custom solutions.
She first joined Gallagher in 2014 as the director of sales, small business. In 2016, she transitioned into the role of national sales director and client experience leader for small business. Before joining Gallagher, meanwhile, Tadin had helped build and lead small commercial sales teams with both The Hartford and Travelers.
Tadin is a current member of the Forbes Business Development Council and a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity in the insurance industry. She received her bachelor of business administration from Saint Xavier University, and a master of arts from Governors State University.
“Jen’s passion for and connection to the small business community, paired with her expertise of their unique operational models, made her a natural choice for the role,” commented Gallagher small business & affinity practices director Jay Eshelman. “Jen is a dynamic leader who has built a talented sales team at Gallagher that has positioned us for long-term, strategic success.”
