Holmes Murphy has announced that it has promoted new members to its board of managers and executive committee.
The company has appointed senior vice president of CSDZ Roger Cornett and senior vice president of employee benefits Jeff Spencer (pictured) as new members of Holmes Murphy’s board of managers. Both Cornett and Spencer will each serve a two-year term on the board.
“I am thrilled for the opportunity to join the board and lend my voice to this group as we focus our efforts around the client and continue building one of the best employee-owned firms in the country,” said Cornett on his inclusion to the board.
“I am honored to serve on the Board of Managers,” commented Spencer. “Holmes Murphy is such a special place to me and our employees. We are uniquely positioned to help our customers and employees reach their potential.”
Holmes Murphy also revealed that senior vice president of P&C brokerage sales Jay Reavis has been added to the firm’s executive committee.
“I feel humbled and honored to be a part of this very talented group of individuals leading Holmes Murphy and continuing the legacy of our private ownership,” said Reavis, who added that Holmes Murphy has “so much talent and unique potential,” and that he is excited to take all that to the next level.
