Global brokerage Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the insurance brokerage assets of Louisiana-based Gregory Benefits & Consulting. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Gregory Benefits & Consulting provides employee benefits products to employers and individuals. Ruch and John Gregory and the Gregory Benefits & Consulting team will join Hub Gulf South.
