HUB International has announced the appointment of entertainment insurance specialist David Cloward (pictured above) as practice leader for its entertainment practice.

Cloward’s appointment supports the continuing growth of HUB’s presence in the entertainment industry, the company said. In his new role, he will focus on managing key film, production, venue, business management, and live entertainment clients.
Cloward has more than 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the company, he managed and led a team of underwriter specialists focusing on live entertainment insurance at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty. He has also held senior underwriting roles for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and W.R. Berkley Corporation.
