Hub International has announced the appointment of Karim Chandani (pictured above) as cross-border practice leader for its hospitality specialty. Chandani, vice president of Hub for hospitality and real estate specialties, will work with Kim Gore, hospitality specialty practice leader.
“Our boundaryless approach offers an expertise that is unique to Hub,” Gore said. “We work seamlessly across borders, providing clients tailored solutions regardless of geography. With Karim as lead, Hub has the footprint, experts that know the industry, and the collaboration to support our clients’ growing cross-border needs.”
Chandani has been with Hub Canada for nearly a decade, working with hoteliers, retirement homes and real estate owners along with large manufacturers. Insurance Business Canada named him one of the country’s top brokers and one to watch in 2020. Prior to joining Hub, Chandani managed the operations of several gas and retail stores and assisted with various duties for Hockey Canada at various tournaments around the world.
