Global brokerage HUB International has announced the appointment of Bradley Rutt as US cannabis specialty leader. Rutt (pictured above) will work alongside Jay Virdi, chief sales officer of cannabis specialty, in supporting the practice strategy nationally.
In his new role, Rutt will help to spearhead HUB’s US presence in the cannabis industry. As a senior vice president at HUB, he specializes in cannabis executive liability. He has worked with several large public and private management services organizations in designing tailored insurance and risk management programs.

Rutt is a licensed attorney admitted in California. Prior to joining HUB, he served as vice president and partner at Elkins Jones Insurance Agency in Los Angeles. Elkin Jones was acquired by HUB in 2017.
