Jason Wubs is the CEO of Westland Insurance Group Ltd., Canada’s largest independently owned brokerage. As CEO, Jason manages Westland’s overall operations and the development and execution of its long-term strategies as it strives to be the broker of choice in the communities it serves. Under his leadership, Westland has grown from a single, family owned brokerage to one that has over 190 locations across Canada and more than 2,000 employees. He holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and brings over 30 years of business, leadership, and insurance expertise to his role. Jason is a member of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Community Policy Society in South Surrey, BC. As a leader, Jason is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and celebrating diversity and equity for Westland’s employees, clients, and the communities it serves.
