Joe is responsible for leading BrokerLink, one of Canada’s largest brokerages, with more than 3,000 employees in 200 locations. Ensuring that BrokerLink delivers exceptional customer service is a priority for Joe, and he is also focused on accelerating BrokerLink's organic growth capability and further consolidating distribution to build a network of trusted insurance brokers nationally.

Before joining BrokerLink in 2018, Joe was Senior Vice President, Specialty Solutions & Surety at Intact Insurance, and he led this new national division, dedicated to growing the company’s commercial lines specialty business. Joe also held several leadership roles across the organization, including Regional Vice President of the Mississauga region, responsible for the performance of the Regional Operation which included managing relationships with brokers in all lines of the Property and Casualty business. His other roles with Intact Insurance included Regional Vice President of the Ottawa and Northern Ontario region, Regional Vice President of Durham region and Vice President of Ontario Novex Personal Lines.

Joe joined Intact through the Zurich Canada acquisition in 2002, where he was Vice President of National Sales. He has more than 35 years of industry experience including 10 years in the U.S., where he ran a brokerage and held the role of Regional Manager for a major U.S. insurer.

Joe graduated with a Business Degree from Brock University and he studied Business Administration at University of California, Los Angeles.
