a. Professional medical coverage will attach, as a broadening endorsement, to the basic Professional Liability Coverage Form. It will therefore follow either the occurrence or claims made format applicable to the basic PL coverage. The med mal coverage shares limits with the PL limit.
b. Med Mal includes “Good Samaritan” coverage for employed physicians.
