Hylant, one of the largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms in the country, has announced its acquisition of Aegis Insurance Services in Alpharetta, GA, effective May 1, 2023.
Aegis Insurance Services, a renowned provider of insurance solutions for the moving and storage industry since 1990, will now operate as Aegis Insurance Services, Inc., Powered by Hylant.
This strategic move solidifies Hylant's market presence in the Southeast and enhances its capabilities in the moving and storage sector.
