US-headquartered Integro Insurance Brokers has named Keith Anderson to succeed Claire Clough as UK chief financial officer.
Anderson, who started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, has over two decades of financial leadership experience. He joins from United Insurance Brokers where he was CFO.
The key hire also held the CFO position at Willis Group’s global specialties division and at Aon Risk Services in London. He has Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
“Keith has demonstrated an ability to lead financial services in the successful execution of strategic and operational goals as a seasoned financial professional,” commented corporate CFO Andrew Behrends. “His depth and breadth of experience with private, as well as public companies, will serve Integro well in its next phase of growth.”
As for Clough, she will continue to lead Integro’s UK accounting, reporting, and financial compliance functions as chief accounting officer.
“I also would like to thank Claire for her admirable leadership of the Integro UK Finance function since joining Integro in January 2016, and look forward to working with her in her new role,” said New York-based Behrends.
The international insurance brokerage and risk management firm has offices in the United States, Bermuda, and the UK. In London, Integro Insurance Brokers Ltd trades as a Lloyd’s accredited broker.
