Brokerage giant Lockton has announced the appointment of Rob Grant as senior vice president and producer in its Chicago office.
Grant has more than 25 years of experience in roles across the insurance industry, including consulting and sales. Prior to joining Lockton, he served as senior vice president in Aon’s Chicago office, specializing in health and benefits and total rewards for mid-and large-market employers. Before joining Aon, Grant served as a principal at Mercer, a global consulting firm.
In his new role, Grant will be responsible for strategy, wellbeing and employee engagement. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
