Rising Stars 2023 now open

It’s not easy for a young professional to navigate the insurance landscape. Yet some are rising to the challenge.

The Rising Stars report is back to recognize this year’s most promising up-and-comers.

To be eligible, candidates must

• be aged 35 or under on October 1, 2023
• work in a role that relates to, interacts with, or impacts the general insurance industry in the US
• be committed to a career in, and hold a passion for, the insurance industry
• never previously been recognized as one of Insurance Business America's Rising Stars (or Young Guns)

Through this online form, the entry process is simple and free. Candidates nominated by their colleagues will receive a self-nomination form during the entry period.

Participation in this annual ranking provides opportunities for young professionals to boost their industry profiles.

The Rising Stars report is proudly supported by ACORD and the Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW). Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from the Big I, Lockton Financial Services, the National African-American Insurance Association - Dallas Fort Worth Chapter, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, and RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society) and featured on the Insurance Business America website in October.
