The Hartford has announced the appointment of Jack Bardrick (pictured above) as head of distribution for its Global Specialty International division.
In his new role, Bardrick will drive the company’s distribution strategy through its Lloyd’s of London Syndicate 1221. He will manage broker partnerships, facilitate new business opportunities, and develop growth initiatives across all specialty product lines within the syndicate. Bardrick will report to Colin Sprott, chief underwriting officer for Global Specialty International.
Prior to joining The Hartford, Bardrick served as head of operations and sales manager at Hiscox.
“We continue to experience solid growth across our international business at Lloyd's,” said Carl Bach, The Hartford’s international CEO. “As we look to expand, Jack’s expertise advancing key partner relationships will be instrumental to evolving and scaling our syndicate.”
Bardrick is The Hartford’s latest appointment. In November, the company tapped Tracey Ant as head of middle and large commercial. In October, it promoted Meg Carter to head of global specialty distribution.
