Worldwide Facilities has completed its acquisition of Gerald J. Sullivan & Associates, which trades as “The Sullivan Group,” the company has announced.
The Sullivan Group, formed in 1981, is an insurance program manager, contract binding authority manager and wholesale broker. It offers its products and services nationally through retail insurance agents and brokers.
Jerry Sullivan, chairman of Sullivan, will become a chairman and non-executive director at Worldwide Facilities. Sullivan President Hank Haldeman will join Worldwide Facilities as a senior executive vice president and will continue to lead the Sullivan programs. Kevin Davis, president of Sullivan’s Kevin Davis Insurance Services (KDIS) unit, will join Worldwide Facilities as executive vice president and will continue to lead the KDIS division.
Worldwide Facilities first announced its intent to acquire Sullivan earlier this month.
